Criw Cymraeg

Progress to date:


•Updated our Pod Siarad
•Support in the Gwasanaeth Cymraeg ( Welsh Assemblies) and Celebratory Service by handing out certificates and leading songs.

Next steps:
•Support Mr Williams to train & monitor Gemau Buarth leader (Welsh playground games).
•Create a video showcasing all the activities Criw Cymraeg have completed this year to date.

Eco Committee

Progress to date:
•Held food waste observations
•Continued to monitor lights and recycling around the school.
•Held a ‘Litter Pick’ around Whitford

Next steps:
•Continue with the next steps of Eco Award
•Complete Eco action plan



Ethos Committee
​

Progress to date:
•Conducted a learning walk with Mrs Duffy to see what each class is doing to promote Ethos and Christianity.
•To design and build a new ‘Peace Garden’

Next steps:
•To monitor RE displays termly
•Add plants to the ‘Peace Garden’ and invite our Governors and vicar to officially open our space.

Digital Champions

Progress to date:
•To continue to monitor devices.
•To deliver regular sessions to our classes about online safety.

Next steps:
•Assist the Criw Cymraeg to upload apps.
•To revisit and promote online safety ensuring our pupils and parents are kept updated regularly.

Rota Kids
​

Progress to date:
•Organised many charitable events to raise money
•Currently selling Ice Pops each Friday for 50p with money going towards Air Ambulance.
​
Next steps:
•Continue to raise money for local charities.
•Take part and promote our Sponsored Walk to Mostyn Hall.​
