A big thank you to all that supported our Mother’s Day Secret Shop and enjoyed a drink/slice of cake, we raised £185.00!
Having spent previous years on the cake stall I decided this year to be in the “Operations Room” where it was all happening and I wasn’t disappointed. Some may have opened their present on Sunday morning with a touch of disappointment that it wasn’t Chanel perfume or a leather purse but I can guarantee that whatever you got took time to pick and was chosen with love. It also contributed to the Friends of the school funds, ultimately meaning your child/children will benefit. We are constantly thinking of ways to raise money whilst adding the fun element for the children to enjoy, and this event seems to be one they favour.
So ……. a big thank you again for your support; allowing your children to do this and for also taking the time out of your busy schedules to sit and enjoy the refreshments.
Further thanks to all those who sent money in for a photo with the Easter Bunny, even though there was very little notice - the children were very excited to see the Bunny who had great fun meeting them all. Another £136 to funds, we hope you liked your photo!
